Our campus visit program offers a wide range of options to experience a day in the life of a Houghton College student. As you visit our 1,300-acre campus, you will have the opportunity to attend a class of your choice, meet with a faculty member, tour campus with a student guide, be our guest for lunch, chat with an admission counselor, attend a financial aid session and more.

Visit options
- Personalized Campus Visits
A schedule personalized to your interests, including special items you request. Try a visit on Monday, Wednesday or Friday so we can include chapel as part of your visit - Encounter Days
Join other prospective students for a full day's experience with special activities planned for you and your parents - Opportunity Days
Interested in finding out more about a specific course of study? In addition to a traditional visit day schedule, our Opportunity Days will help you get a feel for some of our specialized programs. - Overnight Sunday-Monday Visit
Combine your visit with an overnight stay in a residence hall. Participate in Koinonia (a student-led praise and worship service) and spend the night in the dorm with students. - Bus Trip
Visit Houghton without having to drive to campus yourself. The Houghton Bus picks up students at over 20 locations across the northeast.
